Built for Professionals Who Refuse to Slow Down

Our whole thing is helping you get into the best shape of your life and keep it going as you get older. From your first session, your coach takes the time to learn your goals, what's going on with your body, and what you actually want out of this.

From there, they coach you through every session — watching your form, adjusting your weights, and making sure every movement is right for your body. During our small group sessions, you'll train alongside other adults your age, build real friendships, and stay consistent because your group holds you accountable.

Your coach tracks your progress, adjusts your weights, and changes things up as you get stronger. With our small group personal training approach, every workout is built around where you are right now and where you're trying to go

Product
as a product guy i'm really convinced that our usage is really deep like we're starting from a different lego brick like okay you don't edit mask or square pixels you edit like objects so i mean any app that kind of want to copy that has to stop doing what it does today

Object-Oriented Editing Is the Defensible ML Moat — Competitors Must Rebuild From Scratch

PhotoRoom's core product paradigm — editing semantic objects (cat, clothing, product) rather than pixels or masks — required competitors to completely rearchitect their apps to replicate. This isn't a feature but a foundational approach enabled by on-device ML. The depth of the paradigm shift is what makes the moat: copying a feature is easy; copying a new software metaphor is not.

Pricing
don't send everybody to the web don't leave everybody in the app... if you're not in the small business program and you are paying 30% I think the ultimate solution is going to be this hybrid approach where you send some folks to the web and keep some people in the app

Hybrid paywall (some to web, some to IAP) is the optimal strategy for apps paying 30%

The experiment's conclusion is not binary: web beats IAP or IAP beats web. Web captures fewer trial starters but converts them better and retains them at 5x the rate. IAP captures more trials at lower individual conversion. A hybrid router that directs the right user segment to each channel extracts the best of both — and is likely where the industry lands at the 30% fee tier.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
