What is See Your Disk?

See Your Disk is a Mac app that turns your disk into a map of blocks, where every block is a folder and its size shows the space it takes. Click a block to see what is inside and what can be cleaned, and double-click to open it. System Data is split into separate categories, so the unexplained gigabytes get a clearer breakdown.

The app offers an Auto clean option that removes only data apps rebuild on their own, such as caches, logs and build leftovers. Anything not clearly safe goes to the Trash, and items are marked Safe, Review or Protected before you confirm. You can also select items yourself. Developers may find it useful for Xcode DerivedData and simulators, npm, Gradle and Cargo caches, Hugging Face models and Docker.

It is intended for Mac users who want to understand what is filling their storage and clean it without guessing. The app runs offline, requires macOS 14 or later, and says it does not use accounts, analytics or tracking, and that file names and sizes stay on your Mac. It is available free on the Mac App Store, where cleaning is unlocked by a subscription or one-time purchase, and as an open-source edition under the MIT license on GitHub.

Content
this is the creator course that I have built for Sprout more than 50% of the creators that go through this course go viral within the first two weeks and this is completely tailored to our app first we have a type form and then I do a bunch of videos and modules to train our creators... we always have a quiz at the end of each module just to quality check on the creators

Productize UGC creator onboarding into a course — 50% go viral in 2 weeks

Don't treat UGC creators as freelancers you brief once. Build an actual course: Typeform application → video modules covering your content bank, hooks, formats, scripts → quizzes at the end of each module to gate completion. Encode everything you know about what works on your app into a repeatable curriculum. Nicole's Sprout course gets >50% of creators viral within 2 weeks — the productized training is what turns one virality run into a system.

Pricing
My advice for the app builders out there is like until you really have a clear user need around an additional tier — when is the opportunity to bring it — because by introducing it too early it introduces all sorts of complexity into the business and it ends up being more work than it's actually worth.

Don't Add a Second Tier Until You Have a Clear User Need Driving It

Multi-tier pricing adds product, engineering, support, and paywall complexity. Brandon's rule: don't add a tier until you have direct user evidence of a specific unmet need that tier would address. Premature tiering fragments the message and creates decision paralysis at the paywall without lifting revenue.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
