What is PodcastsToText?

PodcastsToText is a Spotify podcast transcript generator. Paste any Spotify episode link and get the whole transcript, with speaker labels and timestamps, in about a minute. Nothing to download and no file to find.

Spotify shows transcripts for some episodes inside its app, but you cannot copy or download them. PodcastsToText gives you the full Spotify transcript as a file you can keep: edit it in the browser, rename speakers once for the whole episode, then export TXT, Markdown, SRT, VTT, JSON, DOCX or PDF.

Key features: transcribe Spotify podcasts from a link, extract quotes with exact timestamps, subtitle files (SRT and VTT) for clips, and the same tool for Apple Podcasts, YouTube and TikTok links or audio uploads. Paid plans add AI show notes, chapters, summaries and translation, plus a REST API and an MCP server for AI agents.

Who it is for: podcasters writing show notes, students and researchers quoting interviews, journalists, and language learners reading along. Free plan: 30 minutes a month, no card.

I created my enterprise plan totally by accident a guy texted me in the middle of the night asking if Yafon has a enterprise plan for his organization i said "Of Course we do." And to tell you secret we didn't i coded my enterprise plan in a panic mode through the night because the next morning I had to live life demo it in front of this customer

Build Enterprise Plans Reactively When the First Inbound Customer Asks

Dennis had assumed Yaphone would be a pure B2C product for travelers and expats. A late-night message from a business customer forced him to ship an enterprise tier overnight, and that customer has since stayed on, paying roughly $1,000 per month. The lesson is that enterprise features don't need to be planned ahead — demand can reveal itself and be met on the spot.

For folks that complete zero workouts in trial we don't push annual... for those that have gotten through kind of key activation moments first workout second workout will introduce and socialize and lean into annual right before trial expires.

Segment Annual vs Monthly Offers by Trial Activation — Zero Workouts Gets Monthly First

Ladder's paywall segmentation is elegantly simple: if a user completed at least one workout in trial, they understand the product's value proposition and are ready to commit to an annual plan. Zero-workout users don't yet understand why annual is worth it, so they are shown monthly first to lower the entry barrier. This one-dimensional segmentation (workout count) does the heavy lifting without complex ML.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
