About

LeadRealizer is a mobile-first CRM combined with an AI sales companion designed to help growing sales teams manage their outreach without the heavy admin workload. It brings scattered conversations from WhatsApp, email, calls, and LinkedIn into a single unified inbox, ensuring that full interaction histories are captured automatically in clean timelines for every contact and deal.

The platform is built specifically for salespeople on the move, allowing users to update deals, add quick voice memos, and check their pipelines directly from their phones rather than waiting until the end of the day at a desk. An integrated AI agent drafts replies, suggests next steps, and reminds users before follow-ups go cold, keeping teams in full control while eliminating manual data entry.

Designed for solo sellers and small teams who are losing deals to slow follow-ups and multichannel chaos, LeadRealizer actively guides the sales process instead of just storing static data. It provides managers with real-time pipeline visibility based on actual sales activity, helping teams stay organized, maintain consistent follow-ups, and close more deals.

We redid our whole product platform to allow for testing of onboarding flows, paywalls — having that from the server side so that we didn't have to deploy new apps every time we wanted to test something. We were able to run rapid iterations on our tests and that's really what helped us figure out what could monetize.

Server-Side A/B Testing Infrastructure — Avoid Redeploying Apps for Every Experiment

Pray.com rebuilt their entire product infrastructure specifically to support rapid server-side experimentation — allowing onboarding flows and paywalls to be changed without a new App Store submission. This architectural decision compressed the feedback loop from weeks to days. For subscription apps where onboarding and paywall conversion are the primary revenue levers, the ability to test without a release cycle is a force multiplier for growth velocity.

What we do give is like anyone that wants an Android as a Photoroom employee who on iOS and wants Android going to use it or test it or try it or is a PM which is you can have two device if you're going to help the Android team.

Give Any Employee A Free Android Device If They Will Test It — Offset The iOS-Bias In Tech Culture

Tech company culture is heavily iOS-biased — most engineers and PMs own iPhones and never naturally encounter Android issues. Photoroom's fix: offer a free Android device to any employee willing to use or test it. PMs and developers who support Android are allowed two devices. It's a cheap, practical way to increase internal Android usage and catch bugs that would otherwise only surface in user reviews.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
