About

HappyImg is a free browser-first image editor toolkit built around focused tasks instead of a heavy all-in-one design workspace. It helps people resize, crop, convert, redact, annotate, watermark, flip, make memes, create price tags, prepare social images, remove backgrounds, and clean up screenshots directly in the browser.

The product is useful when the image task is clear and practical: hide private information before sharing a screenshot, pixelate a face before posting a photo, fit an image into a social format, create a product price label, or export a cleaner file without opening a complex editor. HappyImg also includes guides and comparison pages for people choosing between focused tools and broader editors such as Canva, Photopea, Pixlr, and iLoveIMG.

For us partnering means an extended reach β€” and the mathematics are positive for us. For our partners, bringing music to their clients brings emotional connection and helps them connect better with younger target audiences. It's really about finding a win-win relationship.

Bundles Are a Retention Tool, Not Just a Discount β€” They Raise the Floor

Deezer built distribution through hardware and retail bundle partnerships β€” Sonos in the US, Mercado Libre in Latin America β€” treating each bundle as a retention mechanism, not a revenue discount. Users bundled into a service they already pay for churn far less than direct subscribers. For smaller apps, the same principle applies: embedding into platforms users already pay for converts acquisition economics and improves long-term retention simultaneously.

Apple search ads I mean this is kind of like the starter kit of what I and many people recommend like if you're not at least starting with search ads you're probably leaving money on the table. Typically search ads are still working pretty well any measurement partner is still getting reports of the keyword data.

Apple Search Ads Is Still the Starter Kit β€” If You're Not There, You're Leaving Money on the Table

Unlike Meta and Google which lost signal after ATT, Apple Search Ads retained keyword-level attribution and LTV visibility throughout the privacy changes. Shane still calls it the default starting point for subscription app UA: keyword data is actionable, LTV by keyword is measurable, and the channel remains less competitive than broader social. Skipping it is almost always a mistake.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
