About

Wan 3.5 is an independent AI video workspace for turning prompts or reference images into short clips. Describe the motion you want, optionally attach a reference image or a first/last frame to hold identity or endpoints, then choose a model from the selector (Wan 2.7, Wan 2.6 or Grok Imagine Video 1.5). Each model shows its duration, resolution and credit cost before you generate, so you can review the clip, change one setting and run again. The same workspace includes an AI image mode (GPT Image 2, Nano Banana, Seedream, Flux 2, Qwen Image and more) plus tools like Image to Prompt and Video Enhancer. Credit-based plans. Wan 3.5 is not affiliated with the model developers.

Onboarding
running a paywall campaign for existing users triggering the paywall in certain behavior for existing users either as an app open like we did in Mojo or after some key behavior event that paywall campaign actually drove I think about 15% of new revenue from the existing user base

Run a weekly paywall for free users to unlock 15% incremental revenue

Mojo showed a paywall to existing free users once per week on app open and generated 15% of new revenue from that untouched segment. The frequency cap was key: users did not complain, and app store reviews showed no negative reaction. Most apps skip this entirely; triggering one weekly paywall for free users is a low-effort, low-risk revenue unlock that compounds with your existing UA spend.

Pricing
When you're an early-stage consumer company, ideally you want one plan — either annual only or monthly and annual. Any more complexity and you're going to lose conversion on the margin, simply because people don't have the attention span to make a decision that's that complex. That's different for prosumer or B2B SaaS — for consumer, keep it simple.

Early-stage consumer apps: one plan only — more than monthly + annual causes decision paralysis

Carter worked with a South American edtech company with Light and Pro tiers plus monthly and annual — four pricing options. Survey research showed marginal value of Pro over Light was minimal, and the multi-tier structure was suppressing conversion through choice paralysis. Simplifying to a single plan is one of the highest-leverage packaging decisions for consumer subscription apps at the Series A/B stage.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
