Static Forms
Form backend with spam protection, email delivery and AI replies
Developer Tools·Data & Infrastructure
What is Static Forms?
Static Forms is a form backend for developers and agencies building static websites. Connect an HTML form to a hosted endpoint to collect inquiries without building or maintaining a server.
Manage submissions in a shared inbox and deliver them by email, webhooks, or integrations including Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Notion, Airtable, Mailchimp and Zapier. Spam filtering helps keep unwanted submissions out, while file uploads, form rules and auto-responders support more advanced workflows. Paid plans also offer AI replies to help teams respond to inquiries.
Static Forms works with existing HTML forms and popular frontend frameworks. Choose US or EU data residency, organize multiple forms and workspaces, and start with a free plan before upgrading as your needs grow. It is useful for contact forms, lead capture, support inquiries and agency client websites.

I scroll on TikTok and I have swipe files — multiple folders. Every time I watch a video that seems like it was paid for I put it into one of my four categories.
Build a Swipe File of Competitor TikTok Ads — Consuming with a Producer Mindset Beats Any Tool
Joseph's competitive intelligence method: four category folders (talking head, skit, slideshow, product demo) where he drops every branded TikTok he spots while scrolling. Over time the swipe file reveals patterns — which hooks repeat across categories, which content formats are being AB-tested at scale, which app niches are heating up. He supplements this with TikTok's first-party ad library and Creator Marketplace filters. The mindset shift is consuming like a producer, not a passive user.
If you've done that review mining and gone through all those reviews and kept a nice log of the reviews — yes you can speed it all up with AI but I really believe strongly in also just spending a few hours just completely immersing yourself in the language. You'll have this extra benefit on top of that with the messaging for the copy side of it where suddenly your language becomes more human.
Read reviews end-to-end yourself — AI summaries strip the linguistic osmosis
AI can tag and cluster reviews 10x faster, but skipping the manual read costs you the unconscious absorption of customer phrasing. Future ad copy, landing pages, and push notifications will sound like a marketer wrote them instead of a user. Spend a few hours actually reading reviews end-to-end before letting AI summarize.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
