About
Patchwork Tattoos is a planning tool for patchwork tattoo layouts, built around two connected parts: a Patchwork Tattoo Builder and an AI Tattoo Generator. The Builder lets you combine reviewed or private transparent pieces into a layout for a forearm, lower leg, wrist, back, chest or hand, and arranging a layout needs no sign-in.
The AI Tattoo Generator produces one focused tattoo concept at a time with guided style, placement and subject controls: describe the idea, then review a private Clean Design plus a same-design On-skin Preview for supported placements. Personal generated previews are treated as private account content, while the public gallery is curated separately.
The site also publishes a browsable idea library of reviewed designs, each shown as a Clean Design beside the same design on skin, tagged with styles such as Fine line, Blackwork, Old school and Minimalist and with body placements like inner forearm, calf, upper chest and inner wrist. From any idea you can remix the direction, changing the primary motif, supporting details, style, placement or mood, then generate a new concept. At the time of writing the library lists collections such as colour tattoo ideas and first tattoo ideas, across 54 collections in total.
Beyond generation, the site is explicit that its output is a planning reference: bring the Clean Design, target size, body placement and examples of the line weight you like to your tattoo artist for a final, body-safe adaptation. It also covers patchwork sleeve spacing and layout, filler ideas, and a tattoo consultation checklist.
Pricing runs on credits, which are used for generated designs and 4K PNG exports. Subscription plans unlock credits monthly, annual billing saves 20%, and a one-time credit pack is offered as a parallel purchase option, while a first low-res preview can start from the free trial credit. Gallery designs can be downloaded as PNG without signing up.

It a small percentage of buyers the average stat that we see is that they make up 7% of total buyers but they can bring in a quarter of the revenue which is pretty impressive.
7% of Buyers Can Generate 25% of Revenue in a Hybrid Model
Google Play data shows that hybrid buyers — the small slice who both subscribe and purchase consumables — average just 7% of an app's buyer base but can account for a full 25% of revenue. This power-law distribution means a modest hybrid offering unlocks disproportionate upside without restructuring the core subscription product.
I don't care about the ads manager — show me the events manager. The first thing I'm going to check is: does the amount of conversions the platform reports match more or less what we have internally? Very often it's not the case.
Check the events manager first — not the ad account
Thomas Petit's first diagnostic step on any ad account is not the campaign performance view but the events manager — where he checks whether conversion volumes sent to the platform roughly match internal data. A 5% gap is fine; 30–50% means nothing downstream can be trusted. Broken signal is the single most blocking problem and must be fixed before any creative or bidding optimisation.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
