About
Ombrise is an independent studio for products, experiments, research and weird internet objects.
Most things start with a small observation, contradiction or question, then get turned into something real enough to test: a product, a dataset, a website, a tool, a visual experiment or occasionally something that probably did not need to exist.
The common thread is behavior, decisions, distribution, friction, technology and how people interact with systems.
Ombrise is not one product. It is the place where the experiments live.
Some become useful. Some become research. Some become jokes taken way too seriously.
That is basically the point.

Super users go one step beyond great customers: they're evangelists who bring in other members, give you feedback on your products and services, and are willing to help onboard new members.
Super users invest their own resources to strengthen your model — find them early
Beyond high-LTV customers, a subset actively recruits for you — making referrals, answering questions in user groups, and putting their own time into the community. Robbie observed this with Crossfit members who set up equipment in cul-de-sacs when their gym closed. Designing referral programs, community features, and feedback loops around these people compounds their value exponentially.
Claude Code is probably the number one AI tool everyone should be using — it does so much for $100 a month. We use it for both development and marketing. Ahrefs is $129 a month — if you can't afford it, just get it for a month and do keyword research for a quarter.
Run as a 2-person team on Claude Code plus Ahrefs rented one month at a time
Elephas runs as a 2-person team where Claude Code handles both dev and marketing work, and they treat Ahrefs as a rentable resource — buying one month, batching keyword research for a full quarter, then cancelling. AI scaffolds the writing but they add proprietary user data and insights so each post adds net-new information, which is what actually ranks.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
