About
LiveDocument solves a problem every document sender knows. You spend hours on a proposal, a report or a contract, send it as an attachment, and then have no idea whether it was opened, understood, or quietly ignored.
LiveDocument closes that gap. You upload your file, record or attach a short video walkthrough, and share it as one link. The recipient opens the document and your explanation at the same time. You can highlight specific sections and tie each one to a timestamp, so a client can click a pricing table or a clause and hear you explain it instantly, without booking a call.
Every link is tracked. You get notified the moment someone opens the document, and you can see how long they spent on each page, which tells you what mattered to them and what they skipped. You can require an email before viewing, which turns anonymous forwards into named leads and shows you when a document travels beyond your original contact.
LiveDocument supports PDFs, slide decks, proposals and web-based documents. Teams use it for sales proposals and pricing conversations, consulting deliverables and research findings, contracts and onboarding packs, and client updates that would otherwise need a meeting.
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, backed by independently audited controls.

Borrow Retention Metrics From Gaming: D7, D15, D30 Are The Compass For An AI Companion
Ajay's north-star metric is not ARR or downloads — it's D7/D15/D30 retention borrowed from the games industry. For a companion app, the logic is airtight: if the product is truly valuable, each conversation should deepen the relationship and make the next one more likely. Hit-and-miss early retention means the product hasn't yet crossed the activation threshold for most users.
pick a niche that you know how to market in and then build a super quick MVP in like 2 to 3 days with the help of AI
Pick a Niche You Already Know How to Market Before You Build
Maddox's 2026 framework flips the traditional build-first approach: start with distribution knowledge, not product ideas. Knowing your marketing channel before you build means you ship only what you can actually get in front of people. A 2-3 day AI-assisted MVP keeps sunk cost low enough to pivot or kill without ego.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
