What is getwowlink?

getwowlink is an Open Graph image generator. Without a good og:image, links shared on X, LinkedIn and Slack appear as a small grey card that people scroll past. getwowlink creates an OG image for every page of your site from that page's own title and photo, so each shared link has a picture that matches its content.

The workflow is built around one design. You create a single design in a visual editor, and every page fills it in automatically with its title, photo, author or price. New pages you publish later get their image without extra work. The page itself only needs one meta tag, and images are rendered and hosted by getwowlink. The product connects to WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, Next.js and PHP or HTML sites, and can be used with any site through a coding agent.

The product is aimed at people who share links and want them clicked, including bloggers, makers, SaaS marketing teams and content-heavy sites. A free check shows how your link looks in apps such as X, LinkedIn, Slack and WhatsApp, and tells you what is wrong. The editor lets you move layers and edit text, and AI can generate design variants.

What sets it apart from manual Canva images, custom code with @vercel/og, or fixed-layout template tools is that one design keeps working for every page. A free plan covers one site with 100 pages and a small badge on images. Paid plans start at $59 per year.

Onboarding
ExpressVPN that's really gone hard on this 30-day guarantee and they even have on like their homepage you know why does this beat a free trial... that whole percentage that you lose in trial period is often uh more than what you would then lose with that money back guarantee

Money-back guarantees beat free trials on web — ExpressVPN proves it

ExpressVPN limits free-trial features and pushes users toward a paid purchase backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, arguing on its homepage that this beats a free trial. Hard purchases send stronger optimization signals to ad platforms than trial starts, improving campaign ROAS. Users psychologically perceive claiming a refund as effortful — fewer actually do it — so effective churn is lower than with free-trial cancellations.

Retention
The majority of users who will purchase in an app including subscriptions and beyond tend to wait over a year before they make their purchase... there's a big audience out there that won't be convinced in the first few days of your app that they're willing to pay but they will be one day.

Most Android Purchasers Wait Over a Year Before Buying — Freemium Patience Compounds

Google's internal data shows the median Android subscriber converts more than a year after installing the app. This fundamentally changes how to value freemium users: the free user who has been in the app for eight months is not a lost conversion — they are likely a future subscriber. Lifecycle marketing, habit formation, and ongoing value delivery for free users compound into subscriptions on a multi-month timeline.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
