Deedty
Tax, portfolio management and a free UK buy-to-let deal calculator.
About
Deedty is a UK buy-to-let workspace that covers a rental from viewing to owned. A free public calculator lets you stress-test yield, cash-on-cash, BRRR, refinance and break-even from purchase price, rent and costs, with Land Registry growth context. No account is needed, so you can run it outside a viewing.
When you buy, the same workspace becomes your portfolio hub. You can track properties, mortgages, tenancies, voids, and income and expenses in one place, with EPC, gas safety and EICR certificates and renewal reminders. Appraisals can be saved, assumptions changed, and two addresses compared side by side.
It is built for landlords and investors in England & Wales who want street-level numbers rather than regional averages. Ownership can be split across companies and organisations, and research packs are available when a deal deserves deeper local and comparables context.
The Deedty AI Agent works directly on the deals and portfolio you already have in the workspace, running on those numbers rather than replacing them. Plans start with a free calculator and core workspace and scale to paid tiers with more organisations, properties and agent limits.

Right now we get around 50,000 clicks from Google every month and almost 90% of it is because of these free tools. We get around 300 leads, majority of these leads are from Google. This is the easiest, low cost, low effort way to drive traffic to your SaaS product.
Build ~50 free micro-tools — 90% of Google traffic comes from those tool pages
Bhanu built nearly 50 small free tools (PDF-to-markdown, chatbot name generator, etc.) each targeting a single low-KD keyword. They now pull 50K monthly Google clicks and ~300 leads, with 90% of his Google traffic coming from these tool pages rather than a blog.
we were mostly monthly for the first three years for a couple different reasons one we just didn't want the complexity of dealing with this but we wanted to have hard-earned retention where we were learning what is the correlation of behavior and membership to month one retention month two retention month three retention and having that masked in annual is really hard to use as a Guiding Light for the team
Stay monthly until retention is proven; then introduce annual to compress payback
Most apps rush to annual plans to improve cash flow. Ladder deliberately stayed monthly for three years so that every retention signal was unmasked — a bad month-one retention figure was immediately visible and fixable, not buried under annual pre-payments. Only after achieving top-of-benchmark monthly retention did they introduce an annual option, taking their annual mix from 0% to 30% almost immediately with a simple side-by-side paywall tweak.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
