About
Conferbot is a no-code platform for building AI chatbots and putting them to work across every channel your customers already use.
The core is a visual drag-and-drop flow editor. You lay out the conversation the way you'd sketch it on a whiteboard — questions, conditions, branches, form fields, API calls — and the bot behaves exactly as drawn. Nothing to install, no code to write, so the person who understands the customer conversation is the person who can build it.
If you'd rather not start from a blank canvas, there are 300+ ready-made templates covering what most teams need first: qualifying inbound leads, answering repeat support questions, booking appointments, running surveys, recovering abandoned carts, and handling order and shipping lookups. Most teams open a template, change the copy and routing, and have something live the same day.
On the AI side you connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and train the bot on material you already have — website content, help-centre articles, PDFs and FAQs — so it answers from your sources rather than improvising. When a conversation needs a person, it hands off to a shared live-chat inbox where your team takes over mid-thread with full history.
Deployment is where no-code pays off twice: the same bot runs on your website widget and on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Slack, Discord, LINE and Microsoft Teams. You aren't rebuilding the same flow eight times. Website install is a single script tag, with guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, React and Next.js.
A conversation analytics dashboard shows which flows convert, where people drop off, and which questions the bot fails to answer — usually the fastest list of things to fix next.
Pricing is genuinely freemium, not a trial in disguise: the free plan is free forever, includes 600 conversations a month, and asks for no credit card. Paid plans start at $19/month.

Build in Public With Unpolished Content Because People Want the Journey
Dustin attributes his initial launch momentum to consistent, unfiltered public content over 10 years rather than polished marketing material. The key insight is that audiences connect with raw progress, not perfection — making building in public accessible to any solo founder regardless of production budget.
a friend of mine that owns a printing company uh wants to update his Tech right... I had Max and Sparky's uh Galactic Dre uh on a back burner for a little while um and I was like hey man I got this book right and used AI to do some help... I got to learn how this process works by building something for me at the same time
Build a side project to learn another business
When you're building software for an industry you don't know, ship a real product through that industry's pipeline yourself before writing code. Andrew wrote and printed a Ruby kids' book to learn his friend's printing business end-to-end — ISBN, copyright, margins, ebook vs print. Building the thing the customer builds teaches you more than any discovery call.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
