What is Orbit Studios?

Orbit Studios is agency management software.

Orbit Studios provides agency management software and CRM designed specifically for small creative teams, boutique studios, and freelancers ranging from one to ten people. It consolidates clients, contacts, projects, campaigns, tasks, retainers, and invoices into a single calm workspace, replacing the need to juggle spreadsheets and multiple communication tools.

The platform features Kanban boards, calendar views, workload tracking, time logging, retainer and ad hoc billing, and a branded client portal where clients can approve estimates, track progress, and view invoices. An integrated AI companion also helps prepare your day by suggesting tasks and flagging drifting projects.

Unlike complex enterprise software, Orbit Studios requires no lengthy onboarding or seat mathematics, allowing teams to get set up and running within their first afternoon.

Hi all! To say thanks to early users, the first 20 sign-ups get their first 3 months at half price. That starts after the 30-day free trial, and no card is needed to begin. If you have any questions about Orbit, I'm happy to answer them :)

Launching
We reached out to a couple people had them made a couple posts just to see like are people interested in this and all of them said yes We made some Reddit posts and we had a wait list with like 300 people on it before we launched

Build a 300-person pre-launch waitlist via Reddit + influencer DMs

Before shipping, DM 5-10 mid-tier creators in the niche asking them to post the concept and bank early supportive replies as validation. Pair that with 2-3 Reddit posts in relevant subs pointing at a one-page waitlist. Hit ~300 signups before you ship. Those signups are your day-one revenue: one Instagram story alone drove $1K, one feed post drove $4K same-day, ~$10K total attributed to a single creator.

Onboarding
It's really speed to delivering on the value proposition in a credible way. It doesn't always mean fewer steps. The aha moment for them is really hard to get to the point where you truly believe you're going to lose the weight.

Speed to Value Doesn't Always Mean Fewer Steps — Noom Needed 60 to Create Belief

Noom's 60-step onboarding makes no sense unless you understand the job: get users to genuinely believe they will lose weight. Each step builds psychological investment and refines an increasingly personalized prediction. Sean Ellis helped Noom early and watched it test its way to this counter-intuitive insight: for habit-change apps, a longer onboarding that builds conviction converts and retains better than a short one that skips the belief-formation step.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
