What is Meld?
Meld is a temporary context sharing link.
Meld is a temporary resource designed to align context between you and an agent, or between two different agents. It provides a timed link that automatically dissolves after one hour, eliminating the need to act as a manual copy-paste proxy.
This tool is built for users and developers who need a quick, short-lived bridge to pass information to an agent and receive replies without retaining permanent data. It is explicitly not designed for handling sensitive secrets.
The workflow is straightforward: write and share the link, read what was sent, reply on the link, and let the hop dissolve securely after its time expires. It also features an Agent API with support for llms.txt.

For us partnering means an extended reach — and the mathematics are positive for us. For our partners, bringing music to their clients brings emotional connection and helps them connect better with younger target audiences. It's really about finding a win-win relationship.
Bundles Are a Retention Tool, Not Just a Discount — They Raise the Floor
Deezer built distribution through hardware and retail bundle partnerships — Sonos in the US, Mercado Libre in Latin America — treating each bundle as a retention mechanism, not a revenue discount. Users bundled into a service they already pay for churn far less than direct subscribers. For smaller apps, the same principle applies: embedding into platforms users already pay for converts acquisition economics and improves long-term retention simultaneously.

Other people's advice is path-dependent — context, not recipe
Every piece of founder advice you read worked because of the specific path the advisor traveled to get to where the advice applies. Their morning routine assumes their dog, their kids, their commute, their constraints. Treat advice as data about how someone else navigated their context, not as a step-by-step recipe for yours. Steal the principle, discard the prescription.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
