Kalendi
Stop Postponing. Start Doing.
About
Kalendi is a productivity app that combines a calendar with a kanban board in one interface. It
lets you plan your days visually on a real calendar and manage the exact same items on a kanban board, with repeating items that remember exactly where you left off instead of resetting on every occurrence. Projects, priorities, statuses, and item types are all fully customizable rather than fixed, and built-in real-time analytics show where work actually stands, by status and by project, all inside a focused interface with a full set of keyboard shortcuts.
Kalendi offers unlimited projects and notes, built-in client management, and a unique
radial right-click quick-action menu (the Hotbox) for setting an item's status or priority without
opening a single menu. It also supports importing and exporting individual items as .ics calendar
files, and a sandboxed plug-in system for pulling external data (e.g. a daily weather forecast) in
as calendar items via a small JS script.

a lot of Founders ask their customers if they want new features well of course they do they're free right why wouldn't they but that's not how you learn what they need that's how you ruin your product Rob teaches you to ask better questions to the right people
Ask better questions to the right people
Stop asking customers leading questions like "would you use this?" — they'll say yes to be polite and you'll build the wrong thing. Ask about past behavior and real pain instead of hypothetical future enthusiasm. Run every validation conversation through this filter before you write code. (Rob Fitzpatrick, The Mom Test — 1-hour read, absolutely worth it.)
make the app a single player...make your app single player something that someone could do on their own without having to invite anyone else in to get that initial value Yes you can do it afterwards as an added extra later on but it just makes things too complicated
Build Single-Player Apps So Users Reach Value Without Inviting Anyone
Lots refuses to ship apps that need a second user to deliver value. Multi-player mechanics force you to acquire two cohorts before anyone activates, doubling marketing complexity and stalling first-use value. Social layers come later as a bonus, never as the gate to the first 'aha' moment.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
