GA Lite
GA Lite: One Simple Dashboard for Every GA4 Account and Website.
About
GA Lite is a multi-site analytics dashboard designed to bring Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster data into a single unified workspace. Instead of constantly switching between individual tabs and properties, users can view visitor metrics, page views, engagement times, clicks, impressions, CTR, and top search queries side by side for all their connected sites.
Built for developers, marketers, and site owners managing multiple web properties, the platform allows teams to track live active users on a global map, monitor period-over-period growth, and build lightweight 2 to 5 step conversion funnels using existing GA4 data. Dashboards can be easily shared via public profile pages, protected with a password, or viewed in an anonymous mode that hides specific site identities.
What sets GA Lite apart is its built-in Model Context Protocol (MCP) support, enabling AI clients like Claude, Cursor, and Perplexity to read analytics data directly through a remote endpoint after a simple browser approval. The platform offers a free forever tier for personal use alongside affordable paid plans, making multi-account analytics accessible and transparent.

If your user wins, you win — that's it. You can add some fancy AI features to the app and you're going to get a lot of early adopters excited about AI right now. But to have lasting value you need to figure out how to make your users win. That's the hardest part.
If your user wins, you win — AI features should deliver real user value, not just move metrics
Schlenker draws a sharp distinction between AI features that move engagement metrics and AI that actually improves user outcomes. The test: does the AI feature help the user accomplish what they came to the app for — reclaiming focus, building habits, reducing screen overuse? Features that impress in demos but don't serve the core use case will capture early adopters and then churn them. Schlenker's frame for AI is identical to his frame for all product work: ask whether the user is winning after using this feature.
We originally used Greenlight like five years ago and it just wasn't there yet... and then recently I'm sitting at the pool with said fellow dad... I went and signed back up — like five years later I've been reacquired. It takes that long, it takes that long to build really great software. Five years to make a really great app.
Five-year iteration: churned users come back when the app finally clicks
Greenlight bounced Crowley as a user on v1, then re-acquired him five years later via a peer recommendation. Don't expect a hit on launch, and don't read early churn as a death sentence. Churned users are not gone forever; if you keep iterating, your TAM includes a returning cohort that gets reacquired via word-of-mouth years later.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
