What is @fuck.it?
@fuck.it is a private email service.
What it is
@fuck.it is a private email service for people who are done being the product.
Free email has always run on a trade: you get storage, the provider gets your data. Ads shaped by what you write. Inbox scanning dressed up as features. A privacy policy that quietly expands every few years, because nobody reads version fourteen.
We don't run that trade. There's no free tier, because there's nothing to monetize when the member is the customer. No ads, no tracking, no data mining — and nobody at our end reading anyone's mail.
The name gets the attention. The infrastructure is what keeps people. The service is powered by Open-Xchange on geo-redundant, ISO 27001 certified servers in Germany, under GDPR, with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. TLS in transit, encryption at rest.
Who it's for
People who left Gmail and didn't want to land somewhere equally beige. Artists, founders, developers, designers, musicians, tattoo artists, consultants — anyone self-employed, whose email address is part of how they present themselves. If you send cold emails, the address at the top of them is working for you or against you.
Also anyone who cares where their data physically sits. German servers under GDPR is a legal fact, not a marketing claim.
Features
- Standard protocols. POP, IMAP and SMTP, so Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook or whatever you already use keeps working. Webmail in any browser, plus mobile sync.
- Calendars, contacts, tasks. CalDAV calendars and CardDAV address books on every plan. Open standards, so nothing is trapped in one vendor's format.
- Your old inboxes in one place. Add Gmail, Outlook.com or any IMAP account, switch on Unified Inbox, and it all lands in one view. Switching doesn't have to happen overnight.
- Identity Lock. Every plan blocks registration of usernames that look like yours. Higher plans extend that to digit swaps and typos — the exact tricks used to impersonate people over email.
- Encryption. TLS in transit and at rest on every plan. Apex adds OX Guard for end-to-end encryption of mail, attachments and Drive files, or bring your own PGP keys.
- Office and storage. Edge and Apex include OX Drive with online text, spreadsheet and presentation apps, scheduled mail, email undelete and 1 GB attachments.
- Security as standard. Antivirus, antiphishing and spam protection on every account, with active abuse monitoring and sender reputation checks.
- The address. There's exactly one domain like this. Standard usernames are free with any plan; premium names — short ones, single words — are an optional upgrade, and once taken they're gone.
- A public profile page at fuck.it/@username, plus personal invites to hand out: five on Core, ten on Edge, twenty on Apex.
Pricing
Billed quarterly or yearly, with 20% off yearly billing. All prices include applicable taxes.
- Core — $5.90/mo ($4.72 billed yearly). 10 GB mail storage, 25 MB attachments, 5 invites, Identity Lock, full POP and IMAP access, calendars, contacts and tasks.
- Edge — $11.90/mo ($9.52 billed yearly). The most popular plan. 30 GB mail plus 10 GB file storage, 1 GB attachments, 10 invites, Identity Lock Plus, OX Drive with online office apps, scheduled mail, email undelete.
- Apex — $24.90/mo ($19.92 billed yearly). 100 GB mail plus 30 GB file storage, 1 GB attachments, 20 invites, OX Guard end-to-end encryption, priority support.
No free tier and no ad-supported option. The subscription is the only revenue stream — which is the point: no second business built on member data.

We didn't really start with the app we started with content... if we weren't just making that content for fun we never would have discovered what was going viral and what content was going to work which ideas actually resonated with people so we started with the content first... once we saw what went viral then we built the app so we basically reverse engineered the content into the app
Validate With Content First, Then Reverse-Engineer The App From The Viral Hits
Jack and Nick built Coherence by posting content about breath work and esoteric topics before writing any code. They used viral signal as proof of demand, then reverse-engineered the app from the ideas that resonated.
If you look at the view count, this sits around 370 views in past 4 months, but I have had three customers out of these 370 views. That's $15 a month multiplied — $345 MRR just from one video. Every video is an asset for me.
Low-view YouTube tutorials convert: 370 views drove $345 MRR from one video
Vikash deliberately makes YouTube tutorials that solve one narrow customer pain instead of chasing views. A 370-view video converted 3 customers into $345 MRR, while a 12,000-view video only made $213 in 6 months — because matching search intent beats audience size when your product solves a specific workflow problem.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
