About
Applauncher is the community-powered launchpad built for indie app creators and early adopters. Instead of competing for attention on crowded platforms, creators list their apps on Applauncher and connect directly with a community of engaged users who are actively looking for new tools to try.
The platform runs on a credit economy: users earn credits by signing up (50 free starter credits), leaving reviews, engaging with listed apps, spinning the daily reward wheel, and referring friends. Creators spend credits to launch apps (25 credits per listing) and can deposit additional credits into reward pools to incentivize community engagement with their apps.
Three pricing tiers serve different needs. The Free plan includes 1 app listing, 50 starter credits, and basic analytics. Pro Creator ($19/mo) unlocks unlimited listings, 200 credits/month, 2x reward multipliers, and advanced analytics. Launch Boost ($49/mo) adds 500 credits/month, 3x rewards, priority placement, and detailed analytics.
Key features include a curated app directory with search and filtering, individual app pages with reviews and ratings, a creator dashboard with analytics, a referral system, and a gamified engagement model that keeps the community active. Applauncher is designed for indie hackers, solo founders, and small teams who need their first 100 users without a marketing budget.

Coherence is fully bootstrapped, with Jack acting as the on-camera face and posting daily across platforms. Invite a real customer to your all-hands to create company-wide empathy
Fishbrain periodically invites a real user to take live questions from the entire company for 20 minutes at their all-hands meeting. A product manager's customer interview notes reach a few people; a fisherman from rural Mississippi talking directly to engineers, designers, and finance changes everyone's mental model. One unfiltered customer voice compounds across every future decision.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
