What is WishKit?
WishKit is a feature request board.
WishKit lets your users submit and vote on feature requests without leaving your app. Developers add a Swift SDK in a few lines, or two lines of HTML on a website, and manage everything in a web dashboard. Unlike web-first tools, the board renders as real native UI in iOS and macOS apps instead of an embedded web page. There is a free plan, Premium at $15 a month, and Enterprise at $39 a month. The open source iOS and macOS SDK is at https://github.com/wishkit/wishkit-ios.

We had a button on the scan document that you would tap and shows an OCR text and after this refactoring we had moved this button in a drawer and was not directly visible and the effect on the paywall displays was like maybe like 10 20%... that's something I noticed after months.
A buried OCR button silently cut paywall views ~15% for months
A UX cleanup hid the OCR entry point in a drawer, killing one of the main paywall trigger paths. Revenue dropped for months before they traced it back. Treat paywall-trigger surfaces as load-bearing UI — never tuck them behind a refactor without measuring impressions per trigger.
It is very cool and I love that we're allowing a flow for when you're no longer a student that you can quickly move to the next non-student plan in a seamless way as well so you don't churn out that user.
Student Plans With Auto-Expiry Convert Young Users Without Leaving Value on the Table
Google Play's student plan feature lets developers offer discounted access with verified student status, and automatically transitions the user to full-price when student status expires. This captures a price-sensitive but high-lifetime-value cohort — students who build habits on an app often become paying professionals. The key is the seamless graduation flow, not just the discount itself.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
