What is Willow Voice?
Willow is an AI voice dictation tool that turns natural speech into polished text in any app. Instead of typing, you just talk, and Willow cleans up filler words, fixes punctuation and formatting, and matches your writing style so the result reads like you wrote it. It helps your team move faster through emails, Slack messages, documents, notes, and AI prompts without spending all day typing. Willow works anywhere you can type, with a simple hotkey, and runs on Mac, Windows, and iPhone. It is built for founders, writers, sales and support teams, and anyone who thinks faster than they type. I started this new practice where whenever I it's I call it my Envy log and so whenever I feel Envy I just take a little mental note of it and it's usually with another Creator... I lay in bed and I just I if you're not watching this my eyes are closed I'm like a mummy laying down... just feel what you need to feel about it's kind of like the way you would talk to a child... and then it just kind like it just dissolves
Keep an Envy log — name your jealousies, feel them, let them dissolve
Envy is the dominant background emotion of the creator economy — every metric is on public display. Suppressing it doesn't work; intellectualizing it doesn't work. Maintain an Envy log: note each creator you envied today and what specifically about them, then at night lay still and feel the envy fully without trying to fix it. After 5-10 reps the same trigger stops firing. You're training your nervous system, not solving a logic problem.
When you're building a business, especially if you're doing something like a solopreneur, you get so caught up in the online world and all the results and all the metrics that one of the best things I've done is found a hobby.
Solo founders need a hobby that pulls them off the metrics screen
Solo founders drown in dashboards and Twitter. The fix is a hobby fun enough that you actually want to leave the laptop — not a 'productive' workout, but something you look forward to. The offline hours protect the online ones.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
