What's New Today
The launch directory that proves what it sends.
What is What's New Today?
What's New Today is a launch directory that lists new SaaS, AI and developer tools every Monday, ranked by a published formula. Each week's board is built from real clicks, and makers can launch for free and receive a permanent product page.
Every visit the directory sends to a listed product is counted on the server, with bots removed, and anyone can check the numbers. Listings go live after automated checks, and each page keeps its click record after launch week.
The site is aimed at makers who want their launch judged by verified traffic rather than paid placement, and at readers who want to see what shipped this week. Sponsor slots are clearly labelled as not ranked and never change the order of the board. New free listings join the next Monday board and wait on the upcoming list until then.

It's much better to be in position three not spending to be there than to be in position one or two and having to spend a lot to be there. In most years there are a couple of positions taken by companies paying — and we're still third or fourth.
Being evergreen at position 3 with no spend beats position 1 with a massive UA budget — the margin difference is enormous
Roblox and Garena Free Fire pay heavily for top chart positions. Subway Surfers sits at 3-4 with no paid acquisition spend. When the year's hit game fades from position 1-2, Subway Surfers remains — consistent and profitable. The compound advantage of organic position is that every player acquired is a high-quality referral-driven or intent-driven install, not a marginal install bought at the edge of payback.
we're all testing our relational code in production as a software engineer if you test your code in production you get fired when you test your relational code the first time you test it is in your marriage then you get divorced
Don't test relational code in production
Founders ship code behind feature flags and roll back bad deploys in seconds. People can't be rolled back. Working through how you handle conflict, disconnection, and vulnerability with a coach or therapist BEFORE there's a crisis is the staging environment for the relationships that actually matter.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
