Takibi Base
The shared knowledge base for AI agents.
Developer Tools·AI & Machine Learning·Productivity
What is Takibi Base?
Takibi Base is a shared knowledge base designed specifically for AI agents, allowing teams to organize documents into projects and folders while maintaining strict access control. Users can upload various file formats such as PDFs, Word documents, and Markdown files, which are converted and indexed so agents can search them efficiently.
Instead of generating its own answers, Takibi Base returns exact passages accompanied by citations and evidence support scores when queried through its CLI or API. This ensures that agents work directly with grounded source text rather than hallucinations, while separate Profiles allow administrators to manage tool keys and specific document permissions with ease.
The platform also features a notes system enabling agents to record their discoveries, observations, and workflows between tasks for human review. Workspace owners retain complete control over source documents, ensuring agents can read permitted text without having the ability to upload, modify, or delete the core library.

There's a lot of tourists in that group that start a trial or convert a trial, and a lot of people are targeting off of that — as these methods become less good, it'll force developers to actually talk to users.
Optimising Facebook on trial conversions acquires tourists, not locals
Optimising Meta campaigns on trial starts targets the event easiest to drive, not the users who will pay for three years. High trial volume with weak long-term retention is a tourist-acquisition machine dressed up as growth. ATT degrading that signal is arguably a gift: it forces a shift toward understanding why locals convert and building acquisition around those behaviours — lower volume, far better LTV.
i'm more worried for some investment that things that some very niche mental health or whatever mental health is huge but the approach that we start seeing are more and more niche and i'm not sure those are gonna be billion dollar company but it can be very viable business for one five ten fifty people uh no problem
Niche Mental Health Apps Can Be Great Businesses Without Becoming Calm or Headspace
As the meditation/mental health wave fragments into niche sub-categories (sleep, workspace wellbeing, social emotion), Thomas Petit observes that most will not become billion-dollar companies — and that is fine. A highly profitable niche subscription app for 1-50 people is a perfectly valid outcome. The mistake is raising venture capital with billion-dollar expectations for a market that structurally caps at $5-20M ARR.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
