SpriteFrame
Turn character images & frames into game-ready sprite sheets
Design Tools·AI & Machine Learning·Gaming
What is SpriteFrame?
SpriteFrame is a sprite sheet maker for game developers and pixel artists. Upload a full-body character image, describe the motion you need (idle, walk, run, attack or any custom action), and the AI generates the animation frames for you.
You can also work with your own assets. Combine your own PNG frames into one sprite sheet, or extract frames from an MP4 clip directly in your browser.
When the animation looks right, export a PNG sprite sheet or a full frame sequence together with a JSON file that stores frame rectangles and timing data. The JSON is designed for Godot, Unity and other game engines, so the animation is ready to use without manual cutting or alignment.
Key features: AI animation frame generation from a single character image, PNG frame combining, MP4 frame extraction in the browser, preview and edit, PNG sheet and frame sequence export with JSON timing.
Pricing: free tools to get started, Basic at $12/month and Pro at $29/month.

when I left Wall Street I started a newsletter and the newsletter was basically me writing in public that I'm confused I'm a 35-year-old confused man with a one-year 18-month-old daughter I used to make a lot of money I did a lot of stuff but I'm not happy and I don't know what to do next... the thing that kept me going... it's the I thought it was just that felt this way I felt so alone thank you for making me feel seen
Confess what you're confused about — confusion content compounds resonance
The strongest content is rarely "here's the answer." It's "here's the confusion I'm sitting with." Khe's most-resonant newsletter content was him writing as a 35-year-old confused man with a baby and no plan, and the response wave was "thank you for making me feel seen." When you're unsure what to write about, write the question you're stuck on — the people on the same path will surface and become your first true audience.
Steve came down we filmed this video and we launched it and it was it was a quick turnaround because we knew like the moment is passing the the conversation is moving on and we need to be here like right now to capture it
Ship the launch before the attention window closes
When attention is on you because of a public event, ship the launch immediately, not when it's polished. Aaron's cofounder flew in, they recorded a launch video, and pushed it out fast specifically because the audience attention from the layoff tweet was a perishable resource.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
