What is SpeakHead?
SpeakHead is an iPhone app that combines a teleprompter with an Auto edit feature. The script sits right under the front camera, moves as you speak, and waits when you pause. When you finish, one tap turns the take into a finished short: pauses and "um"s are cut, every word is captioned, and zooms, motion graphics and footage are added.
It is built for coaches, trainers, agents, founders and anyone who explains things for a living, especially people who struggle to find something to talk about or who lose their place on camera. Users describe who they help, and the app suggests five video ideas, each with a hook. Scripts are timed for 15, 30 or 60 seconds, and optional AI writing features are available.
What sets it apart is that recording, trimming, cutting pauses and enhancing happen on the iPhone, and videos never leave the phone. The camera, teleprompter and editing tools are free, with no watermark and no account needed to film. Pro covers the AI features that run on the company's servers, in monthly allowances.

For us partnering means an extended reach — and the mathematics are positive for us. For our partners, bringing music to their clients brings emotional connection and helps them connect better with younger target audiences. It's really about finding a win-win relationship.
Bundles Are a Retention Tool, Not Just a Discount — They Raise the Floor
Deezer built distribution through hardware and retail bundle partnerships — Sonos in the US, Mercado Libre in Latin America — treating each bundle as a retention mechanism, not a revenue discount. Users bundled into a service they already pay for churn far less than direct subscribers. For smaller apps, the same principle applies: embedding into platforms users already pay for converts acquisition economics and improves long-term retention simultaneously.
If you sell for a low price, you have an image of being a low cost… by selling higher price you might have less clients, but it's less support as well. So you have to also think about how you want to be perceived.
Price is a positioning decision — and a support-load decision
Pricing isn't just a revenue lever — it shapes brand perception and support load. Low prices attract a different customer profile and create more tickets per dollar. Pick the tier you can sustain operationally.
