What is SpaceWise?
SpaceWise is a storage cleaner built for developers. It scans for developer-specific disk clutter such as node_modules, Docker data, Xcode builds, IDE caches, and toolchain artifacts, then lets you review and remove what is safe to delete. The page describes recovering large amounts of SSD space, with examples of developer storage categories it can identify.
It is aimed at macOS and Windows developers whose drives fill up with build outputs, package caches, container images, and AI model weights stored by IDEs and local tools. Features include a Storage Map and Large File Hunter for finding big archives and duplicates, and an AI Folder Explainer that describes unfamiliar folders using a rule set, local Ollama, or your own LLM.
What sets it apart, according to the page, is its safety focus and privacy stance. SpaceWise validates lockfiles and git activity before recommending deletion, checks whether caches can be regenerated, and moves files to the macOS Trash or Recycle Bin so they can be undone. The page states that scanning runs on-device with zero telemetry and works offline. Nothing is deleted until you review it.
SpaceWise is offered as a free download with a Pro version priced at $7.99 as a one-time lifetime purchase, covering up to three personal devices. The page also advertises a launch discount of 50% off Pro.

Offline channels reach audiences that digital ads never touch
Fishbrain's target market — older male anglers in rural US — skews heavily toward radio, ESPN, and out-of-home. Running ESPN radio and satellite radio ads reached saturated frequency with the right demographic at a fraction of the cost of competing for them on Facebook. When the audience doesn't self-identify on digital platforms, offline channels aren't nostalgia — they're the primary reach vehicle.
what they actually want is a fractional marketing director... somebody who has domain expertise or job function expertise while also being enough of a generalist to be effective in other parts of marketing... they need somebody to roll up their sleeves and like just create that social media content
Hire fractional marketing directors, not CMOs
Bootstrappers keep hiring fractional CMOs and getting strategy decks when they need execution. Hire a fractional marketing director instead: a senior IC with deep expertise in one channel (SEO, content, paid) who can also run the rest competently and ship work. Find them on LinkedIn at the 5-7 year senior-manager/director level — they'll do the work, not just the deck.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
