What is Scale Sensor?
Scale Sensor is a single platform for mobile app businesses on the App Store and Google Play. It brings app store, ad network and monetization data into one console, so teams can see what each app earns after fees and refunds, instead of working across separate dashboards.
The platform is built around three products. Revenue Sensor resolves every store, subscription and ad network into one net revenue figure, after commission, tax and refunds. Refund Sensor shows refund activity per app and store, flags spikes before payout, and helps contest refund requests that are worth defending. AI Review Sensor reads, tags and drafts replies to App Store and Google Play reviews in the brand's voice and the reviewer's language, and flags spam before it reaches the rating. A ROAS Sensor for connecting ad spend to revenue is listed as coming soon.
The product is aimed at app developers, game studios, publishers, and growth and user acquisition teams. Ask Scale Sensor lets users ask questions about their connected data in plain English. Integrations cover App Store, Google Play, AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Apple Ads.
Scale Sensor offers a free way to start: connect a store and begin. Its main difference is that revenue, refunds and reviews are handled together from the same connected stores, rather than in separate tools.

long-term optimism for difficult projects is made out of short-term pessimism... if you internalize that right up front and you're like everything's going to go wrong and then you operate accordingly you often are going to frontload whatever work you have um and and if you do that enough at the small scale you're going to have compounding wins
Front-load short-term pessimism for long-term optimism
Wake up assuming the day will go sideways and the hard task will get harder. That mild pessimism forces you to eat the frog before noon, so when the inevitable wrench arrives you're already two hours ahead. Plan in nested scales (day → week → month → quarter), and at every layer ask "what does this look like when everything goes wrong?" Compounded daily, this is how multi-year shipping survives reality.
If you say 247 support and you market that and you put that on your paywall you might get an uplift — change one word and just say support to 24/7 support and see if it gives you a lift on checkout.
Put "24/7 Support" on Your Paywall and Test If It Lifts Checkout
Support quality is not just a retention lever — it is a conversion lever. Swapping 'support' for '24/7 support' on a paywall could meaningfully lift checkout rates, because it signals a real team will be there when something goes wrong. This is an extremely cheap A/B test: one word change on the paywall. For any app that offers round-the-clock support, this is a free experiment worth running immediately.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
