What is Said by AI?
Said by AI checks your brand's visibility in AI answers. It asks OpenAI's GPT-4o mini 20 buyer-style questions about your category, each in three styles (a direct answer, a ranked list and a research-style list), and reads all 60 answers to see whether you were named, where, and which competitors came up instead.
The report gives a visibility score, results per answer style, up to 10 competing brands with their frequency, the sentence around each mention and a prioritised action plan. It uses the model's API and does not scrape live ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity sessions.
A 5-question check is free. The full audit is 49 USD once, with no subscription.

we have a I guess you'll call internal policy guideline that you how we can escalate stuff to me if need to be... basically if you don't feel 100% confident with your decision whatever that may be because I want to back you up um I'm a full believer I'll back my employee up
Write an explicit moderator escalation policy
Document an escalation policy so volunteer moderators know exactly when to ping you, and tell them publicly you'll back their judgment by default. "Nothing's too small, if your gut doesn't match we'll talk" — that single sentence retains moderators because they never feel hung out to dry, and catches edge cases before they become PR fires.
We tried to build [subscription management] ourselves and it was a huge mistake. We were running around chasing our tail every time Apple would change something or Google would change something.
Don't build subscription infrastructure in-house — the iteration cost is brutal
Vince's engineering team spent significant cycles rebuilding subscription logic every time Apple or Google changed their billing rules — cycles that could have shipped features. Once they moved to RevenueCat that overhead disappeared. The broader principle: any infrastructure that is not your core product differentiation should be bought, not built.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
