What is RichAPI?
RichAPI is a B2B data enrichment API and MCP server. It routes each lookup across 40+ data providers and returns live contact, company, social, and signal data from licensed sources, all behind one API key and one credit pool. Email and phone lookups are covered, including an email finder, email verifier, and phone finder, as well as people search, people enrichment, company enrichment, webscraping, and signals.
It is built for developers, GTM engineers, AI SDR builders, and agencies who want enrichment inside their own stack. You can call it from your own code, from Clay or HubSpot, or from any MCP-compatible AI assistant such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf. Zapier and n8n are also listed as tools that can call it.
What sets it apart is pricing transparency. Each endpoint has a fixed credit cost, and the cost depends on the lookup rather than on which provider answers. Waterfall calls return an execution log showing which providers were tried, which one answered, and what was billed. A result counts as verified only when the waterfall returns a positive deliverability or reachable signal, and email and phone lookups that find nothing cost nothing. There are no seats or minimums; bundles are pay as you go, and new accounts start with 100 free credits without a credit card.

maybe this is another piece... because we were offering it for free the carriers came to us and said can we tell people about it like yeah so like literally I get a call at the time it was Time Warner right now spectrum they were coming to us
Free tier can pull B2B partners inbound
Because the landline product was completely free, carriers like Time Warner and Spectrum came inbound asking to integrate it — they got to offer robocall protection to their users at zero cost. Nomorobo got a massive distribution channel without a single enterprise sales hire. A free product targeted at a segment that large platforms serve can become a deal magnet instead of a cost center.
extremely high pay taxes compliance doiciles people don't want to deal with them they just want to hire somebody to pay somebody just to forget about this which is exactly why they're willing to pay
People pay just to forget about the problem — that's the boring-niche signal
The strongest signal in unsexy markets is that customers will pay simply to stop thinking about the problem — tax filings, compliance audits, immigration paperwork, estate planning. Willingness-to-pay isn't correlated with how much value you create; it's correlated with how much dread you remove. If the DIY alternative is hours of confusing forms or thousands of dollars to a lawyer, your productized middle path is the no-brainer purchase.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
