What is RepMates.com?

Invite your gym mates and each person can see your latest workout, set by set. Workouts are shared automatically, so nobody needs to write a post or maintain a social feed. RepMates is free for 2 mates.
The workout log records exercises, weights, and repetitions. Progress views help lifters review total volume, maximum weight, active days, and training gaps. RepMates is a web app built by lifters based in British Columbia, Canada.

Stack Multiple YouTube Rankings on the Same Topic to Dominate Search
On Google, one domain rarely dominates multiple top-three results for the same keyword. YouTube's algorithm works differently — one creator can rank several videos for variations of the same search query. Ben deliberately targets every phrasing of a problem and publishes separate videos for each, compounding his presence so that no matter how a prospect types the query, his face appears first.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
