RemoveGenie
Brush over people, objects, text or watermarks; AI rebuilds that part
Design Tools·AI & Machine Learning
What is RemoveGenie?
RemoveGenie is a brush-based AI photo eraser for people, objects, text, watermarks, and stickers. Brush over the part you want gone and RemoveGenie rebuilds that part of the photo. Sign in with Google to submit. New accounts get 16 credits, enough for one removal, and those credits last 30 days. Each removal costs 16 credits. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 20 MB. The download is a PNG, resized so the longest edge is at most 1536 px. It works best when the erased area covers less than about a third of the frame. Covered pixels are generated, not recovered. Only remove a watermark from an image you have the right to edit.

after Apple takes their cuts profit margins are really over 90% Because there wasn't really much we're spending money on So every month we only spend like 1 to maybe 2K on infrastructure cost These apps barely cost anything to run
Keep Infrastructure Costs Under Two Thousand Dollars Monthly to Print Profit
With Social Wizard generating up to $60,000 a month at its peak, Kishi kept server, database, and infrastructure costs to $1,000–$2,000 per month. The only real cost center was creator marketing, which he treated as a performance channel with measurable ROI. This margin structure meant cash compounded fast without outside funding.
For the documentation I just put that actually in a notion doc and then a basic website and then that was it so it was pretty bare bones and it probably took just a couple of weeks.
Ship with a Notion doc for docs and a basic site, nothing more
Adrian had his API live with customers in weeks because he refused to over-engineer the launch surface. A Node.js server on Render, a Notion doc for docs, and a minimal homepage were enough to get paying users. Perfecting the wrapper delayed nothing that mattered.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
