RemoteOrNothing
A remote jobs board that lists fully remote roles sourced from employer career pages, with filters by region, seniority, type and disclosed salary.
What is RemoteOrNothing?
RemoteOrNothing is a job board focused on fully remote roles. It collects listings from employer career pages and supported job sources, with regular automated updates, and each listing is shown with a direct link to the current employer posting. The site states that it filters out roles indicating required hybrid or office attendance based on the source data.
The board is built for people looking for remote work across software engineering, product management, design, marketing, data and DevOps. Visitors can filter listings by region (worldwide, USA only, Europe, APAC and LATAM), experience level, job type and disclosed salary range. The page shows about 1,128 open roles and lists companies that are currently hiring.
A Salary Explorer summarizes complete USD salary ranges disclosed in current listings. The site says missing salaries are never estimated, and that its benchmark is based on 33 complete salary ranges. The site also offers guides, salary reports and career resources, plus tools such as a salary calculator, cost of living and a tax guide.
Employers can publish a fully remote opening with a direct apply link for a listing fee, with paid options for extra visibility. The site notes that sponsored placement does not change its verification standards.

what I really like about all three ideas the customer is often the same person at different stages it's not three separate customers in my opinion it's one customer and multiple revenue events
Treat one customer as multiple revenue events across life stages
Design your roadmap as a customer journey, not a market grid. The expat who needs a US domicile change today is the same person who needs tax-friendly jurisdiction entry next year (Dubai, Costa Rica, Malaysia), and cross-border estate / banking next decade. Each life stage becomes another paid product to the same customer — compounding LTV instead of paying for new acquisition.
Requesting the phone number would cause such high drop off in it cause such high turn that you couldn't then monetize so by removing the requirement of a phone you would then monetize better correct.
Removing the Phone Field from Onboarding Fixed Conversion for Consumer Subscriptions
For social-community apps, collecting a phone number makes sense for identity verification. For consumer subscriptions, that same friction kills conversion and long-tail LTV. Removing the phone field dramatically improved both conversion and retention — a reminder that onboarding borrowed from one product type can be poison for another.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
