What is Phishmake?
Phishmake is a phishing simulation and security awareness platform. It lets organizations simulate real-world phishing attacks, provide targeted training, track employee improvement, and aim to reduce security incidents across the organization. The platform includes a template library of phishing scenarios based on real-world attacks, covering brands attackers commonly impersonate, and can also turn a phishing email a user has already received into a simulation template.
The product is aimed at security teams and organizations that want to test employees against phishing and improve awareness over time. Admins can import employees individually or in bulk, organize departments and groups, and manage campaigns. Real-time dashboards and downloadable reports show campaign performance, and employee tracking follows each person from email delivery through clicks, credential submission, reporting, and training completion.
What sets Phishmake apart, according to the page, is customization and data control. Simulations can be branded with custom landing pages, email templates, and training pages, and launched from an organization's own domain or a custom domain. Campaign events and employee activity are logged for a minimum of six months, and data retention is configurable. Pricing is per employee with a 10-employee minimum, billed annually, and live chat support is included.

you need to develop experimental confidence so just just post but with intention so I have a big problem with when people are like just start like just get started... if you post with intention then post whatever you want but pay attention to how does it feel how do I feel after I posted that is anybody responding what questions am I getting like have people asked me something that is making me realize I need to clarify something more
Develop "experimental confidence" — post with intention, then refine
"Just ship" with no intention produces noise. "Don't ship until perfect" produces nothing. The middle is experimental confidence: every post has an explicit hypothesis (audience, angle, expected response), and after publishing you observe — what landed, what didn't, what follow-up questions surfaced. Post → observe → refine, on the same artifact. That feedback loop replaces perfectionism with iteration.
If it's highly relevant, users will not just tolerate but actually welcome a high volume of notifications. If you're able to increase relevance by personalization, they're much less likely to turn them off, and you can send more.
Relevance is what users will tolerate frequency for — even welcome it
The unlock isn't 'send less' — it's 'earn the right to send more' by personalizing. Click-through rate is the proxy for relevance: when CTR is high, opt-out pressure stays low and you can scale frequency without burning the audience. That's how SoundCloud got to 500M pushes/month without nuking opt-ins.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
