What is Pavleur?

Pavleur is a desktop AI workspace for meetings. It brings your notes, screenshots, and live conversation together so you can add project context to a profile, ask a question during a call, and leave with a recap. Notes and documents can be attached manually as Obsidian Markdown, text, PDF, or Word files, and screenshots can be captured when a slide or product screen needs context.

Pavleur is aimed at people who take regular work calls and want AI help with selected project material. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other apps on your screen. A translucent overlay can be hidden or shown with a keyboard shortcut, and content protection is intended to keep the overlay out of screen sharing, though behavior depends on the operating system and capture method.

What sets it apart, according to the page, is that no bot joins the call. Pavleur runs locally on your computer and never appears as a participant. Profiles and transcripts are stored locally, while audio, selected screenshots, prompts, and relevant profile context are sent to the backend and AI providers when you use AI features. The company states it does not sell customer data and does not use your recordings, transcripts, or screenshots to train its models.

Pavleur offers a free plan, a Pro subscription, and a Pro Lifetime option. Transcription accuracy varies by language, microphone, and background noise, so the page advises reviewing important names, numbers, and commitments before use. Automatic Obsidian vault sync and GitHub connections are not available in the public release.
