Org Chart Studio
Org charts without the struggle.
What is Org Chart Studio?
Stop fighting with your org chart and create one in minutes.
Org Chart Studio builds an org chart three ways. Start from a spreadsheet: import an Excel or CSV roster - a Google Sheets export works the same way. Map the columns you have and review the result before anything is committed. Name is the only required column, and likely typos in manager names are flagged for review instead of guessed at.
Start from a template: the library ships 12 templates across 30 picker variants, searchable and grouped by industry, each showing how many roles it holds.
Or start blank and add people by hand, on the canvas or in the table editor.
From there, edit on the canvas or in a table, arrange wide teams, apply a theme, and export. Starting and editing need no account. CSV export is always free and round-trips for re-import. A watermarked PNG is free; clean PNG, PDF and editable PowerPoint need a pass or a subscription.
Pay for an export when you need it. A subscription is optional, never required. There are no per-seat fees.
Agent access is available over MCP: review an import, render a watermarked PNG, browse templates and styles, and with OAuth read or write saved charts.

I think individual interviews can be helpful but in consumer you have so many people that are very diverse throughout the world — if you talk to five or ten people they might weigh in on a part that gives you a little bit of insight but you can't overindex to that because they still only represent N of five or N of ten.
Large surveys beat individual interviews for consumer apps — N-of-five creates false signal
Gammon's take: one-on-one user interviews are overrated for consumer apps. With 7,500+ responses to Ladder's annual survey, the signal from a quantitative population far outweighs a handful of qualitative conversations, which easily distort priorities toward a vocal minority. He recommends recurring surveys (at least annually) with carefully non-leading questions as the primary feedback mechanism, now using AI to parse open-ended responses at scale.
assuming it's Evergreen you don't have to keep producing it if it's generating customers maybe you need to update it like every six months to a year depending on Google's rules and search if you've created the system the acquisition system to acquire an audience you probably don't need to put as much effort into it to keep it going
Evergreen content becomes a maintenance job after it works
Once an evergreen content system is reliably generating customers, it stops being a content job and becomes a maintenance job — refresh every 6-12 months to stay aligned with Google updates. That's what frees a solo founder to start building a second acquisition system for the next vertical, without dropping the first.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
