OpusImg
Browser image tools that show where each file goes
What is OpusImg?
OpusImg is an image workspace that runs in your browser. 22 of its 31 tools work on your device, including compress, convert (JPG, PNG, WebP; HEIC input), resize, crop, blur and redact, watermark, OCR and image to PDF. Those tools process the file in the tab instead of uploading it, and the basics need no account.
AI background removal, 2x/4x upscaling, photo restoration and magic eraser need a GPU, so they upload the image to our servers. Every tool page shows a badge saying where the work happens before you pick a file.
Free covers the browser tools with no watermark and batches of up to 5 images. Pro is $9/month ($84/year) with 500 AI credits a month, batches of 100 and AVIF export. Business is $24 per seat per month, minimum 3 seats. No ads, and your files are not used for training.

I just look for challenges I have... I was putting my tweets in spreadsheets every night and reviewing my tweets so I can figure out what's working... odds are if you have that challenge someone probably has it as well.
Build software that solves your own daily frustrations to find real demand
Alex validated Creator Buddy by solving a problem he personally lived with for years — manually tracking tweet performance in spreadsheets. This ensured genuine demand from day one because he understood the pain deeply, not theoretically. His own problem was the market signal.
You can have product market fit but kind of not fully understand it. Building that initial growth flywheel is a pretty different skill set than the operational side. You have to figure out who and why and then what channels.
Start Building the Growth Flywheel Before You Operationalize — They Require Different Skills
Sean Ellis draws a sharp line between building the first growth flywheel (who needs this, why, which channel works, what business model fits that channel) and operationalizing growth (dashboards, team accountability, scalable systems). Most founders skip straight to ops. The flywheel phase requires deep qualitative insight and channel hypothesis testing; only after one channel proves out do dashboards have anything to manage.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
