What is OpenAny?

OpenAny is a marketplace for AI agents and the upgrade of OpenModels. Instead of signing up for a dozen providers and juggling keys, your agent uses one key and one balance to reach 160 AI models and 3,000+ API endpoints: models, data, APIs and skills.

Setup is one sentence. Tell Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenClaw or Hermes Agent: "Read openany.si/AGENT.md and connect OpenAny". The agent installs the skill and CLI, then walks you through sign-in in your own terminal, so secrets never go into the chat.

Every call follows the same loop: check balance, discover, inspect the schema and price, run. You see the price before every call, pay per call, and there are no subscriptions.

Bootstrapping
You need to package you know the business as an asset someone else can run The most important thing buyers want to want to know are error gross margins average revenue per user lifetime value customer acquisition cost turn rate So these are all key values and you should always work on getting the best as possible here

Package The App As A Turn-Key Asset Optimised For Six Buyer-Underwritten Metrics

When prepping for sale Dom optimizes six specific metrics buyers underwrite against: MRR, gross margin, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and churn. He also packages the business so a stranger can run it day-one — which is what unlocked multiples like Subgen's ~3x ARR exit after only three months of operation.

Audience
We spent a lot of time defining at a very granular level who are the relevant personas for ladder... on one side of the spectrum we have Pilates influenced at home with a dumbbell with a lot of women who are newer to strength on the other side we have advanced gym goers full access to equipment.

Define Granular Personas and Target Each One With Dedicated Creatives Before the Download

Ladder maps to two polar opposite personas — beginner home-workout women and advanced gym-goers — and creates distinct ad creatives, coaches, and team identities for each. This persona segmentation happens before the app download: the creative and quiz self-select users into the right program, so the product can immediately deliver on the promised experience rather than trying to serve everyone the same way.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
