Live countdown to the next Wheel of the Year sabbat
What is Next Sabbat?
Next Sabbat is a sabbat countdown.
Open it and it reads your device date, then answers the one question most calendars bury: which sabbat comes next, and how long until it starts. A live countdown runs to the next festival, with the one after it listed underneath. Below that sit all eight Wheel of the Year dates for any year you pick, from Samhain and Yule through Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lughnasadh and Mabon. The solstices and equinoxes follow their actual astronomical timing rather than fixed dates. One tap flips everything to the Southern Hemisphere, where the wheel runs six months apart. It notes that multi-day fire festivals traditionally begin at sunset on the first evening. Free, no signup, and it runs entirely in your browser.

Gate Interactivity Not Content to Convert Free Users Into Paying Members
Boot.dev's monetization model makes all content freely readable but restricts hands-on interactivity for non-paying members. Lane described this as an experiment that worked because it lets people genuinely understand the product before being asked to pay. The result: 25,332 active paying members on a platform where the content itself is never paywalled.
It just becomes imprecise at small volumes of data you need a critical mass of data for your analysis to be useful uh right... i think the fact that they're not an antidote to all of the havoc that att has uh brought us about they're applicable to a tiny flavor of the advertisers out there.
Incrementality Testing Requires Enormous Budgets — Focus On Product Fundamentals First
Every post-ATT discussion surfaces incrementality testing and media mix modeling as solutions. Shamanth's reality check: these tools require multi-million monthly budgets and multiple channels to generate statistically meaningful signals. For most subscription app founders spending low-to-mid six figures monthly on a handful of channels, the answer is simpler — blended metrics, a good product, and solid monetization. Don't let measurement complexity distract from product fundamentals.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
