Mayavoo
A home for browser games
What is Mayavoo?
Mayavoo is a home for browser games made by independent creators. Every game plays free in your browser, with nothing to download or install. Find something new on the home page or browse by category: puzzle and logic, match and merge, chess, cards and board games, arcade and endless, racing, sports, simulators, adventure and more. Each game page describes the game, its controls and the devices it supports (desktop, mobile, tablet). You can play without an account; signing in with Google or GitHub lets you like games and join the comments. Creators upload finished web games from the creator studio and get a public page and profile for their work. Before a game goes live, the Mayavoo team plays it and checks its files and network behavior, and games run in a sandboxed frame that keeps them away from your Mayavoo account.

More and more AI products are using hybrid monetization models where you've got a subscription but then you also have to purchase additional AI credits. That leads to an opportunity around incentivizing referral programs where now if I invite a friend or colleague I get additional AI credits.
PLG loops and AEO are the cheapest acquisition as paid channels get more crowded and expensive
As Meta and Google CPMs rise, product-led growth loops become the highest-leverage acquisition channel. Carter identifies four loop types: personal viral (invite friends), social viral (shareables like Tolen's personality infographic), financial viral (AI credits for referrals), and content-driven (SEO and AEO from crawlable output). AI apps have a structural advantage — their outputs are inherently shareable. He also highlights Reddit as an early AEO tactic: products with a Reddit community show up more often in LLM prompt responses.
Going into this channel I realized my RPM was around $2 to $3 So I knew I had to close creators at a CPM lower than that Typically it would be between the dollar and $1.50 range
Negotiate CPM Deals by Knowing Your Own RPM First
Before reaching out to a single influencer, Evan calculated what each thousand views was worth to him in revenue. That number became his hard ceiling for every negotiation, turning influencer spend from a leap of faith into a math problem with a clear profit margin on every deal he closed.
