Lurke
Recent follow tracker app for Instagram public profiles
What is Lurke?
Lurke is an iPhone and Android app for checking publicly visible Instagram follower and following lists. Start with a completed full scan of a public profile to establish a baseline, then compare it with later eligible completed scans to see newly observed follows and other changes. To identify unfollowers, a later full scan is needed. Lurke organizes the results in the app so you can revisit the profiles and changes you care about. It does not require your Instagram password. Scan results reflect the times the scans completed; they do not show the exact time an Instagram change happened.

There's kind of three main buckets of why people might turn from a consumer subscription: they hit a natural breaking point with your use case, something happened with their payment method, or they didn't see the value. Not all churn is literally bad — some of it is natural.
Not all churn is bad — three buckets (natural, billing, value-gap)
Caroline splits churned subscribers into three audiences — natural lifecycle exit (e.g. students graduating), involuntary/billing, and value-gap — because each needs a different lifecycle treatment. Treating all churn as failure leads to wrong win-back messaging; sizing each bucket changes where you spend effort.
I actually have a bookmark post right here: 'We're at 3.5 million ARR. Pop-ups, that's all we do.' Pop-ups equals Alia, Alia equals pop-ups. I pinned it to my profile. If someone wants to look me up, this is the first thing they're going to see. That's where you create inbound demand.
Pin a 'we do X, that's all we do' milestone post so identity sticks on every profile view
Rather than a one-day launch event, Sean engineered a permanent launch surface: a pinned social post tying the company name to a single category plus a revenue proof point. It turns every profile view and every 'what's the best pop-up tool?' thread into inbound, because the association is pre-loaded in people's heads.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
