Love Link
Write your own love letter, send it as a private animated page
What is Love Link?
Love Link is a digital love letter website that turns the sender's own words into a private animated page, shared through a link or QR code. Writing and previewing are free. Sharing is unlocked with a one-time $2.99 payment per letter, or an optional $6.99/year subscription. The recipient reads for free and needs no account. Unlike AI love letter generators, Love Link does not write the letter with AI - the sender stays the author; the product handles the moment: an animated envelope reveal, typewriter-style text, selectable themes, and content blocks for text, photos, stickers, and doodles. People use it for long-distance relationships, anniversaries, birthdays, apologies, and confessions. Letters are private by design.

I haven't spent a dollar on marketing within the last year and we're literally still printing which is really good
Put Apps on Autopilot Once the Organic Distribution Flywheel Self-Sustains
After cracking the viral format and scaling it across creators, Kishi stopped active marketing spend entirely and let the existing content flywheel sustain downloads. He then moved on to building his second app while Social Wizard continued generating revenue passively. The implication is that durable top-of-funnel content keeps bringing in new users without additional spend.
I had very early on a a Hacker News Post that was quite successful and also a Reddit post that was quite successful and that kind of kicked things off and then like I would have been stupid to to to uh stop doing it somehow because there was there was a constant interest in it
A single HN + Reddit hit can carry you through the dip
Early traction came from one successful Hacker News post and one Reddit post. That distribution event created enough momentum that quitting would have been irrational — the constant inbound interest carried Neural Frames through the dead-end phase before the V2 rebuild. For visual/AI tools, a strong HN + Reddit launch is the proof signal that justifies continuing through the dip.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
