What is LaunchIntel?

LaunchIntel helps founders launch a product to directories with an AI agent. It gives Claude Code or Codex a curated, categorized set of directory playbooks covering launch platforms, software catalogs and communities, plus a private agent workflow and a local dashboard, so the agent can choose relevant directories, prepare your listings and submit them in your own browser.

Every shipped playbook was submitted to end to end on a free route with a real product. Each guide records the form fields and limits, account and captcha requirements, costs, submission confirmation and follow-up steps for one directory.

You stay in control of the run. Your agent drafts a product kit from your site or an interview, and you approve the facts before the first submission. Each directory decides what it accepts, so listings and links are not guaranteed.

I started this Mastermind in 2010 I believe... it's been two of us once a month since 2010 now 13 years I mean just with this one other guy... masterminds are huge I used to be in two masterminds because I wanted every you know and they were every other week

Masterminds beat conferences and communities as the solo-founder antidote

Rob's ranking of solo-founder antidotes, strongest first: (1) masterminds — small group, recurring, real accountability; (2) in-person events; (3) communities. He's been in one mastermind with the same partner for 13 straight years, monthly. MicroConf's mastermind matching has paired ~800-1000 founders with ~$150M collective MRR. If you're a solo founder spiraling, this is the single highest-leverage intervention.

you can use AI to scan the app store every day look for copycat apps we've built stuff at Fabulous to do this we look at the app store every day we're looking at stuff that's rising virally we're scanning it we're looking at the ads that they run and so we have defense mechanisms for this.

Use AI to scan the App Store daily for copycats — the defensive use case is as powerful as the offensive one

Seufert flips the copycat conversation: AI is a defensive weapon, not just an offensive one. At Fabulous, he built automated App Store scanning to detect rising copies and analyze their ads in real time. The lesson from years of creative copying is that it accelerates the need for a repeatable creative production process — companies that continuously generate winning creatives pull away while copycats eat crumbs.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
