Kling 4· AI video generator
AI video shots from text or image, multi-model workspace
What is Kling 4?
Kling 4 is an AI video generator.
Kling 4 (kling-4.pro) is an independent third-party AI video workspace. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kuaishou, the developer of the Kling models. Write one or two sentences describing what the subject does and how the camera moves, for example a slow pullback from a product or a pan across a landscape. Optionally attach a reference image, or first and last frames when the model supports them. Choose a model (Kling v3.0, Kling v3.0 Pro, Kling v2.6, Wan 2.7, Wan 2.6 or Grok Imagine Video 1.5), set duration, resolution and aspect ratio, check the credit cost and generate. Download the clip and review motion and focus in your own player or editor. The site also includes an AI image workspace and tools such as Video Enhancer and AI Photo to Video. New accounts receive free credits; paid plans are listed for reference.

if you think of everything as a zero-sum game as you kind of have to in Enterprise Market domination land it's very easy to react negatively to Indie Hacker's success but let's maybe ignore those dismissive comments and keep building our small and additive products let's create Niche businesses that don't reach for the stars
Reject zero-sum market thinking — indie hackers play additive games
Enterprise market thinking is zero-sum: there's one winner and everyone else dies. Indie hacking is additive: there can be twenty profitable screenshot tools, fifty newsletter platforms, hundreds of niche SaaSes — each serving a slightly different audience well. Stop comparing yourself to a market-leader replacement metric. The win is making $3K-30K/month for a specific group of people who genuinely prefer your version. Coexist; don't conquer.
the reason we launched after two weeks with revenue cat was like the feedback from pros is so much more valuable than the feedback from free users
Paying Users Give 10x Better Feedback Than Free Users — Add a Paywall Early
PhotoRoom added a paid subscription within two weeks of launch — not primarily for revenue, but because paying users are the only ones whose feedback is worth acting on. Free users have low stakes and low engagement; pro users who pay monthly have real jobs to be done and give actionable, specific feedback. The paywall is as much a research filter as it is a monetization mechanism.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
