What is Influence?

Influence is a social media campaign scheduler.

Influence is a social media management tool for planning campaigns, writing posts and scheduling content across your connected accounts.

Save your brand voice, audience and writing guidelines, then start with your own draft or use Influence IQ to turn an idea into AI-assisted content. Build a campaign with several posts, tailor each version for its channel and choose photos or videos from your media library.

Review post previews and approve the final content before publishing. Set posting times in your time zone and manage upcoming posts in the content calendar. Track delivery status and use Insights to review saved account posts and performance.

Connect X (Twitter), LinkedIn profiles and Pages, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord, Slack, Telegram, Twitch, Nostr, Tumblr, Pixelfed and WhatsApp Business. Influence also connects WordPress, DEV, Hashnode and listmonk.

Influence's hosted MCP server lets compatible AI assistants prepare drafts and publishing schedules. You review and approve the posts. Paid plans include unlimited connected accounts for one business.

Influence is a paid subscription with a seven-day trial. A payment card is required for the trial.

my product designer Maggie shout out to Maggie um is someone who actually worked on a case study about Mantra Cruz for her like boot camp project uh and so she she reached out to me and said hey I'm working on this case study... in the exact moment I was hiring for a product designer

Hire from your engaged users — case-study writers and community members

Highest-leverage hiring pipeline for a founder-led business: people already engaged with your product — case-study writers, active community members, frequent reviewers. They show up understanding the product, the audience, and the founder before the interview starts. Whenever someone sends you their personal teardown / case study / fan project, file it. The next hire usually comes from that file, not from a job board.

you can't really be super Indie hacker about it you can't just make the first version really crappy and put it out into the world it's got millions of followers worth of brand tied to it so it has to be good so if you usually can launch at like a five out of 10 quality you kind of need to be hitting a seven or an eight before you can even be out the door

Creator-backed launches can't ship at indie-hacker quality

When a launch is tied to a creator's brand of millions of followers, the usual scrappy 5/10 MVP doesn't fly — the quality bar moves to a 7 or 8 before going public. Design investment up front becomes non-negotiable. The trade: less iteration speed in exchange for borrowed brand trust.

There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
