What is IndiaDigital?
IndiaDigital is a free, made-in-India toolkit of 215 little utilities that run in your browser. Compress and merge PDFs, fit a photo or signature to a portal's KB limit, tidy a spreadsheet, build a CV, plan exam prep or check your startup's runway. No account. Files are processed on your device, not uploaded. There's also optional private AI (chat with a PDF, summarise, draft a cover letter) that runs on a small model you choose to download, plus guides to official Indian government services. Made in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

it takes one email and I say this to everybody that emails me I'm like this email keeps me going because it does like the fact that they read something and took the moment to like reply and say I'm going to incorporate this... it's all I need to keep going
Reply to every reader email personally
Reader replies are the retention engine for early creators — answer every single one personally for as long as you possibly can. It does two things at once: it converts the subscriber into a relationship (not a number), and it keeps you publishing through the boring middle. Automate everything else first; this is the last thing you delegate.
I also have this other channel that we didn't talk about so I was building my apps in public and I have actually grown a following on X and nowadays LinkedIn... I got this email list thing on my to-do list
Build in public, but also build an email list
Sebastian's X/LinkedIn audience is his insurance policy: if HabitKit's ASO ranking drops, he can announce a new app to followers and get a launch boost. But without an email list, he has no way to re-engage existing users directly. Building in public creates a community safety net; building an email list converts that community into an owned channel that survives platform algorithm shifts, shutdowns, and store policy changes.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
