HoldQR
Make QR codes that you can edit after you print them. Get scan statistics and QR apps. Free for 3 codes, or $39 one time for unlimited codes.
What is HoldQR?
Most QR code generators charge a monthly fee. When you stop the payments, your printed QR codes stop working. HoldQR has a one-time price, so your codes continue to work.
With HoldQR, you can:
- Change the link of a printed QR code at any time. You do not print the code again.
- See scan statistics by device, operating system, browser and country.
- Add a logo, brand colours and a frame. Download the code as PNG or SVG.
- Use QR apps. Guests can upload event photos to one shared album. A form can send each answer to Google Sheets. A business profile can show call, WhatsApp, directions and UPI on one page. You can also ask for Google reviews, or attach a voice message and photos to a gift.
- Use free tools: a QR scanner, a contrast checker, a size calculator and a print test sheet.

What other founders did to grow.
2722 dispatches from hundreds of founders, pulled from the week's best podcasts.
Within the product we have tons of buttons — they can click to report a bug, leave us some feedback, suggest a feature, or just talk to us. Really, since the beginning I've only built what people ask me to build.
Plaster the product with feedback buttons and answer support yourself for a full year
The product is covered in buttons for bug reports, feedback, feature requests, and direct chat. The founder personally handled support for a full year — every shipped feature came from a user request, which both shaped the roadmap and surfaced bugs faster than any backlog.
We're not doing any trials because we're using top-of-the-line AI models, and AI models right now are not cheap.
Skip the free trial when premium AI models eat your margins
When unit economics are dominated by expensive API calls, free trials become a tax you can't afford. Charge from day one and let willingness-to-pay filter for serious users instead of subsidizing tire-kickers.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
