What is Greenlit?
Greenlit is a contract protection and change-order billing tool for independent service providers. Its core purpose is to stop unpaid scope creep. You log your original agreement once, including the budget, deadline, and every scope item the client signed off on. Greenlit then keeps that baseline locked down.
When a client asks for a revision, Greenlit routes the request through an interactive delta-pricing workflow. Each change request becomes a side-by-side comparison of cost and timeline against the original agreement, so the impact of the change is clear to both parties.
Clients can e-sign the resulting addendum and authorize payment before any extra work starts. The page describes this as making sure approved, signed and paid changes come first, so you do not touch the additional work until it is settled.
Greenlit is aimed at freelancers and other independent service providers who need a structured way to handle client revisions. The site also offers free resources, including a freelance contract template and a scope of work template, along with a FAQ and pricing information.

Here's your instructions — download the Expo Go app from the App Store, we're popping a QR code up on your screen, scan that QR code, bam, in less than 30, 40 seconds you now have your app on your phone.
Vibe-coded apps reach a phone in 30 seconds via Expo Go QR scan
The onboarding flow for non-developers using Bolt or similar AI tools with Expo: scan a QR code and the app is on your phone in under a minute. This collapses the historical mobile distribution friction (Apple developer account, provisioning profiles, Xcode) into a single scan — opening app-building to non-technical founders the way Shopify opened e-commerce.
I created one post on Reddit that essentially went viral — and it wasn't even that viral, it got like 400 upvotes… but that led to like a thousand people that signed up for my email list and then led to the first customers.
One Reddit post drove 1,000 signups and the first paying customers
First traction didn't come from a launch — it came from a single Reddit post that barely cracked 400 upvotes but drove 1,000 email signups and the first paying customers. Study top posts in your target subreddits, mimic the 'secretly showing off a startup' format, and keep posting until one lands.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
