GolfReserve Pro
Tee sheet and agency panel for golf clubs in Antalya
Productivity·Operations & Logistics
What is GolfReserve Pro?
GolfReserve Pro is a tee sheet with an agency panel for golf clubs in Antalya and Belek, where most rounds are booked by travel agencies. Agencies log in from their phones, see the club's free tee times, and send a request or book inside the allotment the club gave them. The club confirms, revises or declines with a reason, the agency is notified of every change, and confirmed times print as vouchers in Turkish, English, German or Russian.
Each course keeps its own rules: interval, first and last tee, two-tee starts and hotel-guest windows in tiers. Allotments release unused times automatically a set number of days before. Closures notify the affected agencies, the starter sheet tracks check-ins and no-shows, and reports cover occupancy, agency share and answer times, with CSV and PDF export.
It keeps no prices and takes no payments. One plan: 20,000 TRY a month per club, VAT excluded, no setup fee; agency accounts are free.

authenticity happens when you live up to their simplified idea of you if you do something outside of this they might see it as inauthentic even if it's true to who you are and that ironically damages your relationship with them
Live up to the simplified Persona — drift breaks trust
Audience retention online hinges on consistency with the simplified Persona followers have built of you. The moment you deviate — even toward something more true — the parasocial bond breaks and you lose them. Pick a Persona narrow enough that you won't routinely violate it; defend that consistency as a retention lever instead of chasing range.
In one month you will have one scan and use case in one month you will have one say two document use case but when you combine everything together in one app then your retention is maintained… on a suite level we see good retention because on a sweet level there is that retention which is maintained because of different different use cases.
Suite Bundling Retains Users Because Scenarios Rotate — Scanning Month, Document Month
Microsoft bundles Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notes, Scanner and PDF signing into one M365 app. A user who barely touches it some months will have a scanning need next month and a document need the month after. The suite's breadth creates retention that no single-feature app can match — each scenario keeps a different segment engaged across time.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
