GIS Toolbox
Free GIS tools that run in your browser
What is GIS Toolbox?
GIS Toolbox is a free browser-based GIS toolkit. Convert coordinates between WGS84, UTM, more than 100 EPSG codes, and China GCJ-02, BD-09, and CGCS2000, including batch CSV. Convert vector files between Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML, and CSV. Measure on a map, use a map workbench, and run spatial analysis. GeoTIFF, spatial SQL, and 3D measurement are included where the browser supports them. Processing stays on your device with WASM or WebGPU where available. Files are not uploaded, and the core tools do not require an account.

product-led growth is always kind of shiny you mean just make the product better and they will come right... if you're like a business person accept it and work on paid and make that the best LTV on CAC
Don't fall into the product-led growth trap if it's not your DNA
Francescu warns against chasing product-led growth as a default because it sounds noble. If an app doesn't have an inherently viral distribution loop, spending six months on a referral feature won't change that. Know your actual growth DNA and invest in the engine that matches it, whether that's paid acquisition, paywall optimization, or built-in sharing.
It was around 10,000 maybe each that we had to invest up front to get things off the ground but pretty much every month from inception to the acquisition we were around 50% EBITDA margins. And so we really tried to be lean.
$10K each in, ~50% EBITDA from inception to exit
Brett and Zack each chipped in ~$10K to start, then ran ~50% EBITDA margins every month from launch through the Quizlet acquisition. That financial discipline kept them cash-flow positive throughout — which gave them real optionality on the deal rather than negotiating from desperation.
There's a play for whatever you're stuck on.
