FreePSLScore
Free PSL score test and AI face analysis (1–8 scale)
What is FreePSLScore?
FreePSLScore offers an automated, browser-based facial proportion analysis based on the popular PSL rating scale. Using client-side MediaPipe landmark detection, the tool identifies key facial coordinates across the eyes, nose, mouth and jawline from a single front-facing photo. Rather than relying on subjective opinions, the system computes normalized geometric proportions across four categories: harmony (35%), symmetry (30%), angularity (20%) and dimorphism (15%). These signals combine into an overall 1.0 to 8.0 Basic PSL Estimate along with community tier classifications. The basic scan is completely free and requires no account signup or credit card, and photos are processed locally in your browser. Results are intended purely for entertainment and self-reflection.

Instead of just seeing what everyone's doing on X and just taking random advice from people that talk on the internet you guys looked at the data. That report is really telling. And then you looked at the data from your own ads.
Make Contrarian Decisions by Reading the Data Nobody Else Reads
Steve ignored the universal advice to build on iOS first, instead consulting the RevenueCat State of Subscription Apps report which showed iOS users cost 4x more to acquire. By following the data rather than the hype, he found a less competitive channel that scaled to $100K/month.
If you bring in the wrong people who are going to binge on your content or push you to create features that nobody needs except them, it's just going to throw your whole business off in the wrong direction.
Have the discipline to say no to wrong-fit customers — they distort roadmap and inflate CAC
Early-stage founders take every customer they can get. But accepting wrong-fit users pulls the product roadmap off-course, inflates support costs, and tanks cohort retention data. Netflix explicitly declined to add video game rentals even when customers asked because they understood it would dilute their core focus. Saying no to prospects with money is one of the hardest early-stage disciplines.
